This message is displayed if you did not select an option from the Requested On Behalf Of field. Click the CANCEL button to return to the "ISIN Request screen" and select an option from the Requested On Behalf Of field. |

This message is displayed if you did not select an option from the Requested By field. Click the CANCEL button to return to the "ISIN Request screen" and select on whose behalf the ISIN is being requested. |
The Requester Name field is blank. Please enter your name. |
This message is displayed if you did not enter your name in the Requester Name field. Click the CANCEL button to return to the "ISIN Request screen" and enter your name in the Requester Name field. |
The Country Code of the Requester Contact Number field is blank. Please enter a valid value. |
This message is displayed if you omitted to enter a country code in the Requester Contact Number field. Click the CANCEL button to return to the "ISIN Request screen" and enter a valid country code. |
The Area Code of the Requester Contact Number field is blank. Please enter a valid number. |

This message indicates that the reCAPTCHA has expired. The SUBMIT button was not clicked for a period of more than two minutes after the reCAPTCHA procedure was completed. Click the CANCEL button to return to the "ISIN Request screen" and click the I'm not a robot checkbox, and follow the on-screen prompts again. |
